PADI eLearning Gift Pass^TM purchases are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Once an eLearning Gift Pass is redeemed by a recipient (the eLearning program commenced), it is non-transferable. Within 24-hours of the purchase of an eLearning Gift Pass, the intended eLearning Gift Pass recipient will be sent a welcoming email, which will provide confirmation of the eLearning Gift Pass and a PIN number. This PIN number will allow the recipient to access the PADI eLearning system and is unique to each eLearning Gift Pass recipient. This PIN number should be protected and treated as cash. The eLearning Gift Pass PIN number access will expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
