PADI Enriched Air Diver Course – More Info

What does it cover?
PADI eLearning Enriched Air Diver provides you with all of the knowledge development materials required for the course. You will learn facts, principles and concepts, and review the applicable dive skills and safe diving practices for the course. Once you the complete knowledge development portion of the course, you will then learn and practice dive skills with a PADI Instructor at your local PADI Dive Center or Resort.

What are the PADI Enriched Air Diver course prerequisites?
You must be a certified diver, at least 12 years old, and fit for diving to be certified as a PADI Enriched Air Diver.

How does it work?
PADI eLearning Enriched Air Diver adds the ease and convenience of completing your knowledge development in a flexible interactive environment from your computer or mobile device. The mobile version of this product is available for apple and android devices and includes Knowledge Reviews, Quizzes and Exams (as applicable). Knowledge Reviews and short quizzes let you gauge your progress, and review and correct anything you might happen to miss. This lets you move through the program efficiently and at your own pace.

What else is required to complete the course?
Prior to certification as a PADI Enriched Air Diver, you must complete a Quick Review, a Practical Application session, and either two enriched air training dives or predive simulations with a PADI Enriched Air Specialty Instructor. Contact your PADI Dive Center or Resort to schedule these sessions.

How long do you have to complete the eLearning course?
The eLearning material will be available for one year from the time of product registration. Though you must finish the eLearning knowledge development within that time frame, you will have perpetual access to your eLearning product.

What is the minimum amount of time it will take to complete this eLearning program?
The PADI eLearning Enriched Air Diver knowledge development takes approximately 3 hours to complete.

How do you document that you've completed the eLearning segment?
An eRecord is created that documents your knowledge development progress. Once you’ve completed the the eLearning portion of the course, you will print out your eRecord from the assessment summary to take to your instructor. Your affiliated PADI Dive Center or Resort will also be notified that you have completed your eLearning and are ready for the practical phase of the program.
